Coming Home to Yourself Journey: Yin & Sound 🌿✨

This is journey to reconnect with yourself and cultivate inner peace. Coming Home to Yourself Journey invites you to slow down, tune in, and embrace your body, mind, and spirit through a blend of gentle practices designed to nurture and restore. 💫

In each session, you’ll experience:

  • Breathwork Activation 🌬️ or Meditation to center and ground you

  • Seasonally attuned Yin poses 🌸🍂 that align with the natural rhythms of the earth, allowing you to release tension and restore balance.

  • Sound Healing 🎶 to deepen relaxation and facilitate energetic healing

  • Optional After Class: Tarot/Oracle/Divination 🔮 and sharing circle 🤝, where you can connect and reflect with others in a safe, welcoming space


Yin Yoga is a restorative practice rooted in Daoist principles, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and the Five Elements. It targets the deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, to enhance flexibility and the flow of energy (Qi). The practice works with the natural rhythms of Yin and Yang and is attuned to the cycles of nature, bringing balance to both body and mind. 🌿
Poses are held for longer durations—up to five minutes—without muscular effort, allowing the body to open and release tension gradually. You'll be supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and straps to ensure comfort and ease in every posture. 🌙 Yin yoga is a slow, contemplative practice that invites surrender and deep relaxation, typically starting with a meditation and ending with an extended Savasana 🛀 to leave you feeling rejuvenated.

At the close of the session, experience Sound Healing 🎵, a 10-15 minute immersion in soothing tones that will help you integrate the practice and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and restored. 🌌

Important Note: Yin yoga may not be suitable for those who are naturally or temporarily hypermobile (e.g., during pregnancy). 🤰 If you have concerns about your body’s flexibility, please consult your doctor before attending, and let the instructor know so they can offer alternative options for a safe and supportive practice. 🧘‍♂️💕
