📝 Journaling & Expressive Art: A guided journaling exercise to help you reflect on what you’re carrying into winter. If you don't want to express in words, we will guide you through an expressive art exercises fitted with the theme of this season
🌬️ Seasonal Ritual: An experiential and interactive ritual that helps us connect with the energy of this season
💖 Guided Meditation: slowing down, grounding into our senses and anchoring in the present moment.
🎶 Sound Bath: Gentle energy work to help you integrate the season’s energy and feel restored
🌱 Reflection & Closing: Reflect on the evening’s themes and intentions for the winter months
