Join us for a serene and rejuvenating Yin Yoga session designed to align with the energy of the Spring Equinox. As nature transitions, so will our practice, focusing on deep, meditative postures that encourage the flow of chi and inner renewal. This class is an invitation to slow down and reflect, embracing the balance of light and darkness, and the budding renewal inherent in springtime. Through gentle, sustained poses, we'll target the connective tissues, fostering flexibility and healing, while also nurturing a peaceful state of mind. We will end the class with a 10-15 minutes yoga nidra, or yogic sleep to deepen into our relaxation.
